Does the Lark C1 compatible with the iPhone 15 (Pro Max)?
Yes, the Lark C1 Type-C version can be used with the iPhone 15 (Pro Max). However, it can not be used with the LarkSound App, and the phone is unable to be charged via the receiver.
Why does it show ‘No Device is Connected’ while the receiver is plugged into my device?
1. Please make sure the microphones are paired with the receiver successfully. (the lights will not flash) 2. It may take a few seconds for the App to recognize the device. 3. Please try to unplug and plug the receiver from your device again.
This device can not connect to Bluetooth, what should I do?
Please note that the device can not connect to the smartphone by Bluetooth. The wireless microphone means the transmission between the microphone and receiver is wireless.
Why there’s no voice when I playback the recordings?
Please manually turn on the Speaker play on the Lark Sound APP. Otherwise, you need to unplug the RX from the mobile phone to play the recordings.
The microphone doesn’t work, and the light is flashing, what should I do?
Press and hold the pairing button on the receiver and microphone for about 3s to enter the pairing mode. Then the indicator on the receiver/mic will flash quickly.
Note: the receiver and microphone need to be in the paring mode at the same time.
