How to control the Mixer Plus using the PC control software？
Download the control software from Cinetreak’s official website. Connect the switcher to your router using an Ethernet cable, then use the software to control it. Currently, it only supports Windows; Mac support will be available in a future update.
How many PTZ cameras can be controlled, and how many camera position presets are supported?
4 PTZ Cameras can be controlled by video switcher ,and each supports 4 Preset Positions.
Does the Mixer Plus stream 4k?
Currently, only 1080P resolution is supported for input and UVC output.
